The Quality Improvement Workshop is hands-on, experience-based learning in data-driven improvement, using interactive exercises and case studies. 

Sessions

• The Workshop is two half-day sessions plus a final presentation session for sharing results.

Workshop Content 

• Participants must have a project in mind to apply the skills and tools taught during the sessions. All teams are supported by experienced improvement coaches during the course.
