I am often described as 'energetic', 'visionary' and 'motivating'. I love to identify new challenges and to solve these complex, challenging problems. I undertook vocational clinical training, however spent much of that time thinking about ways in which we could improve health outcomes by modifying clinical service and upon finishing my training realised that my passion and interest was in this area - health improvement, clinical quality, clinical effectiveness, health administration and ultimately leadership.
